Quick start

The five steps from sign-up to your first connection, and what each mode can do.

1. Sign up

   Sign up with your company details and work email, then enter the 6-digit code from your inbox. See Create an account.

2. Choose your mode

   Supplier, Client, or Both. See Choose your mode.

3. Complete your profile

   Follow the guided setup for your supplier profile or your client profile.

4. Connect

   • Clients search in Explore and invite suppliers to their portal.
   • Suppliers accept invitations under Network.
5. Build trust

   • Clients review suppliers.
   • Suppliers request reviews and add certificates and documents.

The more complete your profile, the higher you appear in search results. The Profile Progress card on your profile shows how complete it is.

If your company does both, choose Both. You can then switch between the two modes with Switch to Supplier / Switch to Client.
